party with him to the foregoing deed, thereby relinquishing and renouncing all my right, claim or possibility

that she signed the above and also relinquished her dower without any compulsion, con-

  This Indenture made this 28th day of February A.D. eighteen hundred and fifty nine between
Joseph Baldwin of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part
and Thos A. Bradford of said County and State party of the second part. Witnesseth that
the party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to him in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the
second part all that certain tract or parcel of land Known and described as the
E1/2 of NE1/4 Block No 2 Range No 1 according to plat of town of Newnans-
ville by George Watson together with all the appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and also all the estate, right, title
and interest of the party of the first part of in or to the same, to have and to to hold
the above described premises to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever. And the party of the first part doth covenant and agree with the par
ty of the second part that he is possessed of good and indefeasible estate of inheritance
therein and that the said party of the first part will warrant and forever defend
the quiet and peaceable possession to the party of the second part, his heirs and as
signs forever. In witness whereof the party of the first part has hereunto set his
